KOLPING INDIA

An Overview of Kolping Program

Kolping Coimbatore in CMSSS is registered under Public Charitable Trust in 1996 based on the shared values/shared beliefs of Adolph Kolping with the sole aim to enhance the capacities of the poor to enjoy the fullness of life although the first Kolping family was formed in 1962 at World in India and National Kolping Society of India was officially established in 1981. This process has been initiated through self-help strategy. Strengthening the tripartite relationship between the individual, society, and nature has been the focused intervention of Kolping India to foster human dignity and integrated human development. Kolping has experienced a phenomenal growth in India. Kolping CMSSS has taken a strong root in the southern state of Tamil Nadu cutting across caste and creed.
