PROJECT WORKING AREAS:

FROM PRESIDENT’S DESK:

CMSSS has completed 53 years of its existence. Charity and social development are two major concerns of Catholic Church. The Holy Bible speaks aloud about our responsibility in intervening in these dimensions of faith. We are mandated to look around and help our fellow-beings as well as our environment in upholding an equitable and just way of life. Our diocese is always in the forefront of addressing various socio-economic issues of people. I am glad that CMSSS, over a period of time, has been engaged in empowering the voiceless people such as women, small farmers, gypsies, poor and illiterate people. I wish all success in their future endeavors and may our Lord Almighty shower blessings upon them.

FROM VICE-PRESIDENT’S DESK:

CMSSS continues to strive for sustainable development in all its activities and also the people. CMSSS contributes further to the empowerment of people at the periphery of our society such as women, Dalits, and tribal people. I have immense pleasure in being a part of CMSSS and its developmental activities.

FROM DIRECTOR’S DESK:

The core theme of CMSSS during this year has been “Towards Sustainable Development”. Any development process without sustainability is a farce. We have been advocating sustainable development throughout our programs. CMSSS is committed to uphold our mission and vision and we will strive forward to achieve sustainable development.
